Elba Rhoads is a multidisciplinary visual artist who graduated from the Universidad Autónoma de Baja California (UABC) with a Master’s degree in Arts. She was a professor at the same institution and currently works as a freelancer.
She has received awards and recognition in biennials and competitions and was a fellowship recipient of the Artistic Creation and Development Stimulus Program from the Baja California Institute of Culture as an “Artist with Trajectory.” Her work has been exhibited both individually and collectively, both nationally and internationally. Her work has been published in "De aquellos páramos sin cultura…". She has contributed to the organization of visual projection group projects such as Antena Art Projects and the Collective “N”. She has participated with the Collective Martes in several exhibitions under the curatorship of Marta Palau, including “Mi Tema”, “Estandartes 2010", "Estandartes 2014”. Her work is included in the Alonso Elías Collection and the Centro Cultural Tijuana.

Elba Rhoads, artista multidisciplinaria egresada de la Universidad Autónoma de Baja California con el grado de Maestría en Artes, fue catedrático en la misma institución y artista FreeLancer. Acreedor a premios y reconocimientos en bienales y concursos, becario del Programa de Estímulo a la Creación y al Desarrollo Artístico del Instituto de Cultura de Baja California como Artista con Trayectoria. Su obra se ha presentado de manera individual y colectiva tanto dentro como fuera del país, muestra de su trabajo ha sido publicado en, “De aquellos páramos sin cultura…”, Ha contribuido en la organización de proyectos de grupos de proyección visual como Antena Art Projects y Colectivo “N”,. Ha participado con el Colectivo Martes en varias muestras y bajo la curaduría de Marta Palau, en “Mi Tema”, “Estandartes 2010", "Estandartes 2014”. Su obra se incluye en las Colecciones Alonso Elías y Centro Cultural Tijuana.
